ABM Analytics

  • "Goodness of Fit" Assessment - assessment to determine if ABM is appropriate for your organization, followed by a comprehensive audit and gap analysis to determine organizational readiness. Audit topics include people, technology, data, process and more.
  • Persona Analysis - analysis of your buyers and key influencers (internal and external) for business segments most suited to Account-Based Marketing.
  • Buyer Journey Mapping - creation of a typical Buyer Journey for your complex deals including most the common Marketing and Sales touchpoints, sequencing and dependencies.
  • Account Identification and Selection - tailoring and application of an account scoring scheme to identify and select appropriate accounts to include in at various stages of an ABM program.

ABM Design
